It is user’s responsibility to verify, and if necessary, adapt the AI-generated information. Users are solely responsible for their use of AI-generated content or results and any associated outcomes. Exercise discretion and due diligence when interpreting and relying on AI-derived information.
Ideagen provides no guarantees regarding the accuracy and suitability of AI-generated information, and Ideagen does not warrant that the AI features will meet user’s expectations or requirements. Ideagen is not liable for any inaccuracies, errors, or unintended outcomes associated with AI-generated content. By using the AI features, users agree to indemnify and hold Company harmless against any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from their use of AI-generated content.
In using the AI features, users acknowledge that they will do so in accordance with any AI policy or data protection policy that their organization may have in effect. The AI features will exclusively process confidential information provided by the customer through the AI tool. No additional data beyond what is voluntarily input by the customer will be subject to processing.
