1. What are you changing in the product?
Changes to the application include UI changes to the logos, colour scheme, product name, and company name within the Web and Native Mobile apps. Components within the product such as the NextGen Designer, Mi-Middleware administrator tool and Mi-Analytics will undergo a similar UI refresh.

2. Why are you changing the name of the product?
We are changing the name of the product to better align with our company's brand identity and make it easier for our customers to recognise our products as being from a trusted provider of regulatory and compliance software.
3. What will be different about the product's user interface?
Our first round of changes will be immediately noticeable, starting with a brand-new font that's more readable and a refreshed color palette that aligns with the Ideagen brand. In addition, our icons have been updated to match our new look and feel.

4. How should I choose the gradient color for my personalised header in light of the pancake menu color change?
To ensure optimal visibility and a seamless user experience, we kindly ask you to select a lighter color for your personalized header gradient. By choosing a lighter color for your gradient, you will ensure that the menu icon remains clearly visible and easily accessible to your users. A lighter gradient color will create a sufficient contrast against the dark grey menu icon, allowing it to stand out prominently.
5. When can I expect the change to be implemented?
The change in brand and interface will occur in version 13.0.1 of the product, which is expected at the end of June 2023.
6. Will the changes apply to me if I am an On-Premise customer?
The changes to the mobile app will apply as soon as the app is updated to version 13.1 from the respective app store, regardless of whether the on-premise installation of Mi-Middleware has been updated.
Changes to the name and user interface of server components will occur when Mi-Middleware is updated to version 13.0.1 on the on-premise host.

No, your data will not be affected by the rebrand and style change. All your existing data will remain intact and accessible in the new user interface.

No additional downtime will occur; the rebrand is no different than a typical product update.
