We are thrilled to introduce a powerful addition to the Smartforms Designer - "AI Insights." This innovative feature is designed to transform your form design process by seamlessly integrating OpenAI's natural language analysis capabilities (ChatGPT 4). With AI Insights, you can create smarter, more efficient forms, identify potential issues, and enhance the overall user experience.

Here's a closer look at how this exciting feature works:

Using AI Insights

AI Insights is all about simplifying the form design process and providing you with valuable recommendations. Here's how it operates:

1. Automatic Background Analysis: For forms with recent changes, AI Insights runs an automatic analysis in the background. This happens up to three times a day, ensuring that your revised forms are continuously evaluated for potential enhancements.

2. Notification of 'New Insights': When AI Insights identifies areas for improvement in your forms, it will make this information known in the Form list. You'll see a clear indicator that there are 'new insights' available for a particular form.
   
   

3. Accessing Insights: To explore these insights and leverage them for form enhancement, simply click on the 'new insights' indicator. This will take you directly into the form, where you'll be guided to the 'Insights' tab.

Once you're in the 'Insights' tab, you'll find a list of suggested improvements that can be made to your form. These insights are generated by OpenAI's natural language analysis and tailored to your specific form, offering valuable suggestions to enhance the user experience. • Continuous Monitoring:

  • Insights will be automatically populated. Use your best judgment to determine when additional changes are no longer necessary.

• Compatibility Note:

  • Some suggestions may not align with the current property settings of your form fields. In such cases, these suggestions can be safely ignored.

• Limited Control:

  • Please be aware that we have no direct control over what the AI tool suggests. It operates based on learned patterns and may offer a range of recommendations.

• No Historical Tracking:

  • At this time, there is no functionality to track or view past suggestions. Make note of changes manually if you need a historical record.

• User Discretion:

  • Users are encouraged to exercise their discretion when implementing suggestions and consider the specific context of their forms.

• Feedback Welcome:

  • Your feedback on the suggestions is valuable for improving the AI tool's performance. If you encounter any issues or have enhancement ideas, please share your insights with us.
